Summer Vacation is Here!

I have been sitting here for a few minutes just thinking about how wonderful teaching is. A few good reasons for this thought are: spending your days with children-keeps you young, adding to another person's life-makes your heart happy, having teachers' hours-frees up time for your own family, and...do I have to say it? SUMMER! SUMMER! SUMMER VACATION!!!

Tomorrow is actually the first day of my Summer! I am SOOO ready. I have been counting down the days since Spring Break. Chad and I and the kids leave on Wednesday to head to Florida for a week. We are all very anxious. It has been 3 years since we have been to Disney World and Denim remembers the stories more than she actually remembers being there. So, we are going to spend four days there. We are going to make a point to do our favorite things put also experience some new things. You know? This will be our 3rd trip and there are lots of things we haven't seen or done. Plus, my old best friend, Brandi, and her family are going. So I know that will be fun when we all hook up. Our whole trip wont be at Disney though. We are spending a few days on North Redington Beach playing in the ocean and laying on the beach. We are also going to drive around and see some places like Tampa Bay and Cape Canaveral.

If you can't tell? I am super excited to get there! Even been going through pics from past trips and that just makes the waiting worse. It will be here soon enough though.

Have a Great Summer Everyone!

Lost It ALL!!

Okay. So I have to start all over on my blog. I was in the middle of changing my layout.I downloaded the one I had so that I didn't lose it and then started changing stuff.  I previewed the new one. Everything looked fine, so I saved it. When I clicked "view blog" it went to the new layout for like 5 seconds and the screen went blue and I couldn't get out of it or back in without going back to Bloggers home page. I tried and tried to figure it out, but NO. So I was going to go back to the old one for now. Yeah NO that didn't work either. I can't find where it downloaded to. I have spent days trying to find it. So I guess I lost it all and now I HAVE TO START FROM MY CLASSIC TEMPLATE. J~O~Y!!!!  So, give me a bit. It will all be neat and cute in a few days and IF ANYONE HAS ANY NEW IDEAS OR PLACSE TO GET NEW STUFF FOR BLOGGER PLEASE LET ME KNOW!

Mother's Day 2011

Wow! Mother's Day has already came and gone. But, although it went by fast it did seem to last all weekend. Chad and I had a date night Friday. On Saturday we watched the parade from home, went to Foxfest for a bit, went Mother's Day shopping, and finished the night with a nice family dinner. Then, Sunday was the best Mother's Day ever: church, lunch with my mom, and spent the afternoon floating around the pool soaking up some sun. It was such a peaceful, fun day. The only complaint was that Dalton wasnt up to par and wouldnt let me take his picture. Other than that my Mother's Day was everything I could have asked for. Im soo blessed to be the mom of three amazing children. It is like having Mother's Day every day. I cant forget my husband and all he did. Thank you guys. I love you all!

Where did time go?

I can't believe I haven't posted since January 2nd. I know we have been super duper busy, but man time has flown by.

I am really only on here now to get a little stress therapy. We are having a crazy week. Next week is Spring Break and we are heading to the mountains, but right now Caitlyn and I are spending lots of time cheering and dancing. She has cheerleader tryouts Friday afternoon. She has worked and worked and I sure do hope it pays off. I think I am more nervous than she is, but I am not going to let her know.

Well, it has been a hard couple of weeks for our family. On top of basketball, cheer, and work; Chad's Granny passed away on February 23rd. She was such am important part of our family. It is hard to think about not being able to go see her. You know...never, in the 21 years I have been a part of this family, did she ever treat me like her grandson's wife. She made sure I knew that I was her granddaughter too. I could never express what that meant to me and the love in my heart that I have for her. She was and always will be a remarkable lady that loved all of us unconditional. I pray that my children and grandchildren can one day see those same things in me. I love you Granny!

'Tis the Season

Wow!! What an amazing Christmas Season we have had. The best ever, I do believe. I'm not talking about the gifts and the food and the fun....those are always great. I am talking about the PEACE and LOVE that settled into our home. And it just seemed to travel with us everywhere. Even with the devil trying to spoil stuff by attacking Denim and I with sickness; there was still Peace. We all really, really enjoyed the whole month of December as a family. I don't know if I am expressing what I mean very much and I don't know that I can, so.....enough said. I just know, IT ONLY GETS BETTER FROM HERE.

Besides all the family gatherings, church parties, and Santa Claus; we got a new baby neice two days before Christmas. What a present. Luci Colt Crow is absolutely beautiful. She was born on 12-23-2010 at 1:43 pm, weighing 7 lbs. 5 oz and 20 inches long. Just another reminder of the Love of Jesus for his children. I have not been able to go and see her since she was born, but Denim and I are well now and we are going to make some time to GO SEE THAT BABY! Cant wait to hold her again.

Now it is a new year and boy is the Crow Family ready for it!! Lots of plans for this year and I will definitely let you know as they unfold. Enjoy all the Christmas pictures and remember for the year to come...."God wants to take care of every area of your life, even the smallest detail"  you have to let him and expect it!!
